1977 Kenner Star Wars Princess Leia First Shot 3 ¾" Action Figure:

One of only five known to exist, this extremely rare artifact from the original line possesses hand painted features that clearly differ from the production examples; comes complete with original hand cut cape with extra-large arm holes. On the torso, the seams are hand glued and not sonically welded. And as expected, the back of the legs are bare of any COO (county of origin/ copyright) stamps.

As some of the existing examples for this figure are either very worn or missing the cape the highly presentable condition of this example makes it that much more extraordinary, and should place it among the top three of those five previously mentioned examples.

Due to its early origins, look and slightly different texture of materials, it is generally understood that this first shot was internally cast at Kenner to domestically test the molds before production began overseas.
