Our Policies

• Shipping and insurance is extra, please see item purchase/checkout for these mandatory fees
• California residents please add 7.75% sales tax to all orders
• International orders may be subject to Customs Duties/VAT, which is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
• For your Internet shopping convenience,we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card
• Money orders or cashiers checks are also accepted
• Personal checks are accepted, but will be held for 10 days for bank clearance
• Please make all checks, money orders or cashiers checks payable to Rachfal Enterprises
• Any shipping address provided with credit card orders "must" match the address of the credit card furnished
• Satisfaction guaranteed
• Merchandise may be returned for full refund (less shipping expenses) within 5 days of having received merchandise, as long as merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was shipped
• International order refunds may be subject to appropriate restocking fees
• Please call before returning any merchandise
• Return Policy is not intended for "Buyers Remorse"
• Refunds solely contributed to Customs Duties/VAT or other Customs disputes are not permitted and void any return policy
• Merchandise returned without any prior notification will be subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee
• 90-day layaways are available for items over $500.00, with a 25% non-refundable deposit (Contact us for further details)
• Returns on all layaways are given in the form of a 60-day credit only
