1983 Kenner Belloq in Ceremonial Robe MOC 3 ¾" Action Figure:

Introduced initially as a mail order premium, the Belloq in Ceremonial Robe saw modest distribution to the public in a generic white mailer box, and was relatively sought after by collectors until a large find of unused warehouse stock made the figure more easily available mid 1990's. However, due to the cancellation of The Adventures of Indiana Jones Toy Line, the figure experienced no traditional distribution to the public on the blister cards so prized by hobbyist. Today only four or five examples are known to exist on 2nd series 9 back cards, presumably the relics of that year's Toy Fair and stray salesman samples. Due to the early pre-production origins of these MOC examples, the Belloq figures are very likely hand painted first shots.
